Living in a city can make us feel disconnected from nature - but, we are lucky enough to have an abundance of parks and natural spaces that are filled with many plants. This walk will help to deepen your connection with nature in your urban surrounding, and help to foster a powerful relationship with various medicinal plants in your area.

Join us for a walking workshop, where you will learn about medicinal plants in London. The walk will be led by our medical herbalist Kemar, who will take you on a journey of connecting with and identifying medicinal plants that grow in East London.
